Music Icon Kenny Rogers Died Friday night in his home according to a social media post from his family. Rogers was 81 years old.
Rogers was known for hit country songs like: "The Gambler", "Lady", "Through The Years", "Islands in the Stream"with Dolly Parton and more.
Kenny Rogers family posted his passing details to his social media pages, it read: "The Rogers family is sad to announce that Kenny Rogers passed away last night at 10:25 p.m. at the age 81. Rogers passed away peacefully at home from natural causes under the care of hospice and surrounded by his family."
Fans, friends and family are posting loving memories and condolences to Rogers social media pages. One fan posted: "God bless The Gambler, you Decorated My Life and helped me to Love the World Away. Thank you for your soundtrack to me younger life. I am forever grateful.
